Conditions for returns

All returns must be sent within 14 days of the collection or delivery date of the shipment. If the return is not registered within 14 days, we will not refund the purchase and to resend the delivery we will charge the full shipping cost and administration fee. The delivery note that was attached to the package must be attached to a return. If you do not have that document, contact us and we will send you a new one.

Please note that all goods you send back must be in salable condition, i.e. unopened with original plastic and packaging still unbroken and if this is not the case we reserve the right to deduct up to the full cost of the goods

We do not process or refund the return until the goods have arrived at our warehouse and this may take different times depending on the forwarder. We kindly ask you to note the tracking number for your return to ensure that it arrives and be aware that you as the customer are responsible for the return until it is registered as arriving with us.

You always have the right to complain about a product that is damaged, read more about how to proceed under complaints.

When the return has been handled in our warehouse, the refund is made to the payment method you chose at the time of purchase, in Klarna. We charge 9,90€ for returns and any shipping is not refunded.
