Package not collected

If you don't pick up your package at an agent, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have entered the wrong address.

Please check the length of time your parcel can be at the service point. 

When you do not claim your parcel, we charge a fee of SEK 190. The fee refers to shipping and overheads.

When the return has arrived at our warehouse, it is handled and refunded in Klarna. We charge SEK 190 / 19EUR for unclaimed packages and the fee is deducted from your refund via Klarna. Should your order be lower than SEK 190/ 19 EUR, there will be no refund at all.

We are unable to resend the same shipment from our warehouse, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
