How do I make a return?

1. Log in with the email address you used when ordering and your order number in our returns portal HERE. Very important that you enter your order number in the following format: #123456_SE (_DE, _NL etc)

2. Create your return slip and register your return in the portal.

3. Pack your return in the packaging you received the order in. If you don't have that packaging left, it's fine to return them in another corresponding packaging. The delivery note that was attached to the package must be attached to a return. If you do not have that document, contact us and we will send you a new one.

4. Attach the return label to the package. Don't forget to send your return within 14 days of the collection or delivery date.

5. When the return has been handled in our warehouse, the refund is made to the payment method you chose at the time of purchase. We charge 9,90 € for returns and any shipping is not refunded.

To complete a return with UPS and generate your return slip, use the tracking link in your email and then press “Return this package” or type in your tracking number at: https://www.ups.com/se/en/Home.page
