Claim, damaged product

Sometimes, unfortunately, it happens that a shipment arrives with damages due to shipping. In those cases, we  do of course, want to help you claim the product.

As a customer, you are responsible for unpacking and checking that the products in your package are intact within 5 days of receiving them. We therefor ask you to fill in our form with the information we need to be able to help you with your claim as soon as possible.

In the event of a claim,, we need the following documentation:
- Image of outer packaging (front and back)
- Image of inner packaging when the products are still in the package (plastic, paper, cardboard, foam rubber, protective corners)
- Image of the entire damaged product
- Detailed picture of the damage
- If there are more products that are damaged, we also need a picture of all of them together.

On our frames, there is a protective plastic film on both sides of the glass - make sure to lift the corner edges of the film away from the glass surface slowly but surely.

In order for us to be able to claim a shipping-damaged product or the whole shipment, the couriers demand the above information from us. If you do not file a complaint for your shipment damaged in shipping no later than 5 days after you have collected it, we will not be able to claim it to the shipping company and therefor not be able to send you a replacement.
